General
What services do you offer?
We offer laundry washing, drying, hang-to-dry, folding or hanging services.
How Does the delivery service work?
Our delivery laundry service is designed to make your life easier. Simply schedule a pickup online, and our team will collect your laundry, clean it with care, and deliver it back to you at your convenience. Please bag your items in 13 gallon trash bags or something similar. If you do not have bags we can transfer to our bags upon pickup. If you opt out of text messages, we will call you directly to coordinate or ask questions.
What are your Operating Hours and Service Areas?
Our delivery service operates from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. We currently serve the areas of Wimauma, Sun City Center, Sarasota, Brandon, Bradenton, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Gibsonton, Parrish, and Riverview Florida. If you're unsure if we cover your location, feel free to reach out to us.
Pickup & Delivery
How do I schedule a pickup or delivery?
You can schedule by filling out the form on the Schedule a Pick Up Tab- -located in the top right banner. Or call at 574-370-6179.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes the minimum order is 16 pounds which is the average weight of a single load of laundry. Pickup and delivery charges may apply based on your location. If you are unsure, please contact us.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is the next day. Please be aware if you select same day, we require pickup time to be scheduled before 10 AM or deliveries will be completed the following business day.
What happens if I miss my pickup or delivery?
We do not charge for your First Missed Appointment, assuming you reschedule with our team. For pickup or delivery after First Missed Appointments, we charge the customer $10.
Pricing and Payments
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing varies based on the service. Please refer to our Schedule a Pick up page for service pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Once your order is completed and ready for delivery we will email you an invoice to pay conveniently via link. Other payment methods please contact us.
When is payment due?
Payment is due prior to delivery. Once your order is completed we will email invoice with payment link.
Do you offer subscription plans?
Yes, we have several customers who set up recurring services. You can request that by Contacting Us.
Laundry Care
What types of laundry items do you handle?
We launder items such as clothing, linens, delicates, dog beds, and mattress pads. If you are unsure of an item, please contact us.
How do you handle delicates?
We use delicate settings on laundry machine. We also recommend you bag and label your delicates separately to ensure their safety and longevity.
Can I request special handling instructions for my laundry?
Absolutely! Please provide special instructions when placing your order and we will contact you with any questions. We will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer stain removal services?
Yes, we offer specialized stain removal services. Please indicate the stains when placing your order and bag separately. Though we will try our best to remove the stain, we cannot guarantee some of those stubborn stains and will contact you with any concerns.
