Notice

Shrinkage: there are many types of clothes that shrink when laundered. This is normal and to be expected. We only launder in cold water and dry in normal heat. There is no part of our laundering process that is unique to what you would do at home. We are not responsible for shrinkage.

Holes and Tears: some garments will incur damage over time as a result of the normal laundering process and regular wear and tear. This would occur regardless of where the clothing was laundered and we are not responsible for holes and tears that occur as a result of the normal laundering process.

Color Bleeds: We will always separate whites and colors. Colors may bleed and affect the color of other clothing. This would occur in any laundering process and we are not responsible as a result of color bleeds.

Items left in pockets: We will try to look out for any items left in pockets. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be discovered. We are not responsible for any damage or loss to items nor any damage to clothing caused by the items.
